Obtaining a copy of your collision report is easy.

Accident Reports can be picked up in office. (No charge for Crittenden County Residents / $5.00 otherwise).

Or, simply send a check or money order in the amount of $5.00, payable to the Crittenden County Sheriff's Office at the address below. Please put the report/local code number provided by the Sheriff or Deputy on your check or money order, along with the date of the collision.

Once we are in receipt of your check/money order, we will process your request and mail you a copy of the report. If your address is different than what was provided to the Sheriff or Deputy at the time of the collision, please provide your current mailing address at the time you request the report. 

Pursuant to KRS 189.635, only involved parties are allowed to receive a copy of the collision report. Involved parties include persons involved in the collision/accident, registered vehicle owners, the parents or guardians of a minor who is a party to the collision/accident, insurers or their written designees for insurance business purposes of any party who is the subject of the report, or to the attorneys of the involved parties.
